FS - 55050503 - Export Target Organisations and Locations

Description

In SPORIFY, users can export Target Organisations and Locations lists.

Procedure

  1. Login to SPORIFY.

  2. Select Organisations on the navigation menu.

  3. Select Target Organisations.

  4. Select the star to add the organisation to favourites.

  5. Select Export to export the organisation list to:

    1. Export English

      1. Export contains the English translation of the source list records.

    2. Export All Languages

      1. Export contains all available languages of the source list records.

    3. Export SPOR CSV

      1. Export contains the source list records, combined with the full SPOR CSV data.

  6. Click the Name or Address of the organisations to see the organisation details

    1. Click History

      1. Click Organisation to see the older and newer version in the organisation history

      2. Click Export and Export PNG to export data if it is needed

      3. Click Location to see the Location History

      4. Click Export and Export PNG to export data if it is needed

Acceptance Criteria

  • Verify ‘Export SPOR CSV’ contains the complete SPOR CSV data and the related source list records.

  • Verify ‘Export English’ contains the English translation of the related source list records.

  • Verify 'Export all Languages' contains all available translations of the related source list records.
