FS - 41123894 - Upload: Importing Referentials Data

Description

In SPORIFY, the user can upload Referentials data directly to the system using CSV or Excel files.

Procedure

1. Login to SPORIFY.

2. Click Referentials on the navigation menu.

3. Select Source Lists.

4. Click the Upload button.

5. The following fields are then presented:

   1. List Name

      1. Type list name into textbox

   2. System

      1. Use the drop-down list to select a system

   3. RMS List To Match

      1. Use the drop-down list to select a RMS list

   4. List Language

      1. Use the drop-down list to select a language

   5. Select Source Excel or CSV file

      1. Click the Choose File button and select the appropriate file.

      2. Select Open, else Cancel.

6. Click Save, else Cancel.

Acceptance Criteria

To succeed, the user must be able to upload source data to SPORIFY.

• Verify that both CSV and Excel files can be uploaded.
