FS - 41124093 - Referentials Term View: Searching and Filtering


Description

The SPORIFY user can search and filter RMS Target Lists using the Referentials Target Terms grid screen.

Procedure

  1. Login to SPORIFY.

  2. Select Referentials on the navigation menu.

  3. Click Target Lists.

  4. Select Term View.

 

To search target terms:

  1. Type keyword into the search bar.

  2. Click the search button.

 

To filter target terms:

  1. Select Show advanced filters.

  2. The following filter options are then presented:

    1. RMS List

      1. Use the drop-down menu to select an RMS List.

    2. SPOR Languages

      1. Use the drop-down menu to select a SPOR language.

    3. Domain

      1. Use the drop-down menu to select a domain.

      2. The filter options here are All, Human and Veterinary use, Human use and Veterinary use.

    4. Term Status

      1. Use the drop-down menu to select a term status.

      2. The filter options here are All, Current, Non_Current, Nullified and Provisional.

    5. Translation Status

      1. Use the drop-down menu to select a translation status.

      2. The filter options here are All, Current, Non_Current, Nullified, Provisional and Under_Consultation.

    6. Filter by Tag

      1. Click on the field and select the relevant tags.

  3. Note: Specific filters can be searched for using the drop-down menus' search fields.

  4. Click Refresh to apply filter(s).

Acceptance Criteria

To succeed, the user must be able to search and filter the records presented on the Referentials Target Terms grid screen.

  • Verify that the user can search Referentials target terms using the provided search bar.

  • Verify that Referentials target terms can be filtered using the following filters:

    • RMS List

    • SPOR Languages

    • Domain

    • Term Status

    • Translation Status

    • Filter by Tag
